Therapy for the messy, chaotic seasons of life.

Sara Paules Therapy Headshot

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here!

Most likely if you stumbled across my page, there’s a chance you’re probably in a messy or even challenging season of life and looking for support or guidance.. or perhaps you don’t remember a time when you weren’t in a challenging season of life. Whatever the case, I recognize the part of you that is curious about starting therapy with a new therapist.

I love working with:

  • Women who are struggling in their marriage after a baby and don’t want to settle on being roommates.

  • Moms who feel like they don't have a village.

  • Women who have a complicated relationship with one of their own parents.

  • The newly pregnant or postpartum mom who is struggling with anxiety/overwhelm.

  • Those who are carrying the weight of a recent pregnancy loss or infertility or pregnancy after loss.

  • Women struggling with body image, health anxiety or chronic health concerns.

  • Women wanting to heal from childhood experiences or sexual trauma.

  • Moms who are struggling with burnout and emotional labor.

I might be a good match if you’re looking for a therapist who…

  • talks to you like a real person and not a blank slate who just nods their head.

  • enjoys exploring various somatic tools to help your body process your emotional experience

  • has over 11 years of experience as a therapist & is a mom of 3

  • isn’t perfect and doesn’t expect you to be perfect either

  • isn’t just going to respond with quick fixes and coping skills.

  • can hold a whole lot of space, empathy and personal experience with grief and longing

  • deeply understands how difficult it can be to have a difficult relationship with a parent

  • Enjoys holding space for those wanting to explore spirituality, faith, and meaning of life.
